We’ve been here at Sherpur Chowk for quite a while now. Most people around Bhagat Singh Colony know us just by our shop front on Sherpur Road. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of phone recharges and help folks when their screens crack or the battery just stops holding a charge. Sometimes it gets crowded in the afternoons when everyone is getting off work, but we try to keep things moving. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It's just a small shop with the usual stuff like cables, chargers, and covers. If your phone is acting up, we take a look at it. Usually, it's just a loose connection or something simple, but other times it takes a day or two to fix. We’ve seen all kinds of phones come through these doors. People stop by to talk or ask directions too since we’re right on the main road. It gets dusty with all the traffic outside, so we’re always cleaning the glass counters. We just keep the doors open and do the work that comes in. It’s mostly just making sure people can stay connected without too much trouble. My brother helps out sometimes when it gets really busy. We don't have a big team or anything, just us making sure the shop stays stocked with what the locals need. It's regular work, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the chowk over the years.
