Jagdamba Mobiles

Jagdamba Mobiles is situated on Green Field Main Road 15. It’s a good location because there is always someone walking by. We sell mobile phones and all the accessories like covers, chargers, and headphones that go with them. The front of the shop is mostly glass so people can see what we have even when we are closed. I spend a lot of time wiping fingerprints off the display cases because everyone wants to touch the new models. Green Field is a nice area, though Main Road 15 can get quite congested during the evening when everyone is heading home from work. We have some bright posters on the wall that have faded a bit from the sun over the months. Usually, I'm sitting on the high stool behind the counter, scrolling through my own phone or talking to the neighboring shopkeeper about the weather. We don't have any formal uniforms or anything like that. I just wear whatever is comfortable for the day. If someone brings in a phone that’s been dropped in water, I do my best to dry it out, though it doesn't always work. We aren't experts in everything, but we know enough about mobiles to keep the business going. It’s a bit of a small space, so when we get more than four people inside, it feels very full. But we like the energy of the road and the constant movement of the neighborhood people who stop in.
