Hotspot Mobile

Hotspot Mobile is located right in the middle of the Industrial Area. Because of where we are, we see a lot of people who work in the factories nearby. Their phones take a beating, so we see a lot of cracked screens and dusty charging ports. The shop is small and has a simple counter where we do all the repairs. We keep a few chairs for people to wait, but usually, it’s standing room only. We have rows of cases on the walls, mostly the tough ones that can handle a drop on a factory floor. We don’t do fancy marketing or have big signs; people just know we’re here by word of mouth. Sometimes we’re working on a phone and the power in the area dips, so we have to wait a minute for the backup to kick in. It’s a busy life, and there’s always a pile of phones waiting for parts to arrive. We try to be fair with how much we charge because we know everyone is working hard for their money. We’re just regular folks who happen to be good with electronics. You might hear the machines from the nearby plants while you’re standing in our shop. It’s just part of being in this side of town. We keep it simple and just focus on the work.
