Hot Spot

Down at Dhuri Line in the Vaishali Society area, you’ll find our place called Hot Spot. It is a simple spot where we spend our days serving whoever comes by. The name fits because it gets quite warm in this part of town, especially during the middle of the day. We have a basic counter and a few places for people to stand or sit for a minute. It’s not a fancy restaurant or a big chain, just a local corner where things happen. The neighborhood of Vaishali Society is pretty quiet compared to the main roads, but Dhuri Line stays active with people going to and from work. We don't have a big menu or anything complicated. We just focus on what we can do well in the small space we have. You can see us from the street, and there’s usually a bit of a crowd during the peak hours. We spend a lot of time prepping things and cleaning up. It’s a routine that we’ve perfected over the months. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks to get people in. They just see the sign and stop by because they are in the area. The air is often filled with the smell of whatever we are making. It is a small business run by regular people who just want to do a decent job every day.
