Heera Telecom

Heera Telecom is tucked away in Shimlapuri, specifically on 11th Main in the Indhiranagar 3 area. We are near Appareddypalaya, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you aren't from here. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of people walking around. Our shop is mostly about phones and fixing things that break. We see a lot of cracked screens and batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. People come in quite a bit asking for advice on what phone to buy or how to fix a glitch. We aren't a big showroom, just a local spot where you can get your mobile needs sorted out. The streets can get pretty narrow around here, so it’s usually better to come on foot if you’re close by. We’ve been in this part of Indhiranagar for a while now. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few streets over. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be fixed and what’s a waste of money. It’s a simple setup. A few counters, some tools in the back, and plenty of chargers hanging on the walls. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. It’s steady work and we like being part of the community here. Most days are long but we get the work done. You can find us easily once you get onto 11th Main.
