Inside, it’s a typical workspace for someone who spends their life thinking about buildings. There are stacks of drawings, some measuring tapes lying around, and plenty of pens that usually run out of ink at the wrong time. We’ve been working from this location for a while, and it’s become a bit of a second home. The street outside can get pretty loud with cars and people going about their business, but we manage to get the work done regardless. We handle everything from initial sketches to the final blueprints that the builders need. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and sometimes it takes a few tries to get the layout exactly how they want it. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a polished sales team. It’s just us, working on Pakhowal Road, trying to make sure every project we touch is handled with some common sense and a bit of practical experience. It’s simple and it works for us. Being right near the Ice Factor means we never have to give complicated directions to people, which is a small blessing in this part of town.
