Habitat Architects

Habitat Architects is located right by the Ahuja Print House on Railway Road. We're in Doraha, which is a bit of a drive from the main Ludhiana city but it’s a good spot. Our office isn't anything too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's mostly just us working on various building designs. We get people coming in from all over Punjab wanting to build a house or maybe a small shop. It gets pretty loud sometimes because of the trains passing by near the road. We’ve been here for a bit now and the locals know where to find us. Usually, someone is always brewing tea in the back. Work involves a lot of sketching and measuring things twice. We don’t really do those big fancy presentations you see on TV. It's more about sitting down with a pencil and a piece of paper to figure out what fits. Sometimes things go wrong with a plan and we have to start over. That’s just how it is in this business. We handle the paperwork and the drawings and try to make sure everything is legal with the local rules. It's a steady job and we like being part of the community here in Doraha. If you're walking down Railway Road, you'll see our sign near the print shop. We stay busy, but there's always time for a quick chat about a new site. We've been through many seasons here and the office stays the same.
