Good Telecom

Good Telecom is located right by Sherpur Chowk on M G Road 3. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around that circle with all the buses and rickshaws going past. Our shop is small and we have a lot of stuff packed onto the shelves like phone cases and chargers. We spend most of our time behind the counter fixing things or helping people get their phones working again. It’s a bit cramped in here when more than two people walk in at the same time but we make it work. The light inside is a bit bright because we need to see the tiny parts of the electronics we handle. Sometimes the fans don't quite keep it cool enough during the summer but we just carry on. We get a lot of locals from around M G Road 3 who stop by for a quick recharge or just to ask a question about their mobile. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights, just the name on the front. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the different types of phones that come through the door. We stay open until late because that is when most people are finished with their own jobs and have time to visit us. It’s just a regular shop where we try to be helpful to anyone who comes in from the chowk.
