We started Girvarji Farmer Producer Company Limited right here at 141 Gram Girvar Rath in Kaintha. Most of us are just neighbors from around the area who decided to get together and handle the farming business ourselves. It's a lot of work honestly. Being out here in Kaintha means we’re pretty far from the big city offices, but that’s okay because our focus is on what’s happening in our own fields. The weather doesn't always go our way and the prices for seeds keep changing, so we thought having a company would help us keep things organized. We spend our days mostly talking about crops or trying to figure out how to transport everything without too much trouble. It’s not a fancy setup. We just have our small spot where we meet up and try to sort through the paperwork. Dealing with the government rules for a producer company is a bit of a headache sometimes. Still, it feels better doing it together than trying to figure it out alone. You can find us at the Rath address if you’re looking for someone. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that.
