We are based in Ludhiana, at B-32/E-9 348. It’s a local spot where we handle property matters. Gayatri Property Adviser & Commission Agent isn’t a massive real estate company with a fleet of cars. It’s just us helping people buy or sell their houses and plots. The office is simple, just a few chairs and a table where we can sit and talk over tea. We don't have those big glossy brochures or a high-tech website. We usually just write things down on pads or show people around the properties in person. Ludhiana is a big city and the property market changes all the time, which can be stressful. We try to keep up with what’s happening in our own neighborhood especially. We don't use high-pressure tactics or try to sell you something you don't want. If a house isn't right for you, we'll probably tell you. We live here too, so we care about our reputation with the neighbors and the local community. Sometimes a deal doesn't go through for one reason or another, and that's just part of the job. We aren't corporate people with scripts and uniforms. We just talk about prices, locations, and the local market. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone’s relative or friend told them to come see us at our office. We like it that way because it keeps things more personal and honest. It's just how we've always worked.
