You can find us at Shop 10-B in the Virdh Ashram Market. Model Town Extn is a lively neighborhood, and being in the market means there's always something going on outside our door. Fair Telecom Co. is just a small shop, really. We’ve got shelves full of mobile accessories and some older phone models that people still ask for occasionally. It’s not a big showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a place where people drop in to get their screens fixed or to ask about a new SIM card. The counter is a bit scratched up from years of use. We spend a lot of time behind it, talking to regulars who live nearby. It’s a very local feel here. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just sit outside on the stools until it comes back on. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people find us. My cousin helps out on weekends when it gets busy with the college crowd. We keep a small radio playing in the corner to keep things from being too quiet during the slow hours. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street. It’s just a simple business in a busy market, and we like it that way. We know all the other shopkeepers around here and usually trade news over morning tea.
