Ess Ess Telecom

Ess Ess Telecom is located at Kochar Market Chowk in the Model Town Extension area. We are shop number 111. It’s a corner spot that gets a fair amount of foot traffic throughout the day. We aren't a big showroom. We mostly handle mobile recharges, new SIM cards, and selling basic accessories like chargers and those plastic protective covers. The shop is quite small and we have a single fan that hums loudly to keep the air moving. People from the neighborhood come in all the time to ask about their data plans or why their phones are acting up. We aren't engineers, but we’ve seen enough phones to figure out most of the common problems. The counter is quite old and has a lot of scratches on it from years of use. We don't have any fancy displays or digital signs. Just some posters from the phone companies taped to the windows. We’ve been here for a long time now, so we know most of the regular customers who live nearby. It’s a friendly place and we often end up chatting about local news while we work. The market can be very chaotic during the festive seasons, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a simple business that serves the people in this part of town. We don’t try to be anything more than a helpful local mobile shop where people can get their phones sorted out.
