Chawla Telecom

You can find Chawla Telecom over on Rahon Road, at House No. E- 2, 36/ 4. We started this small telecom shop to help people with their mobile connections and recharges. It is a compact space, mostly just a counter and some display racks for SIM cards and phone covers. We do a lot of top-ups for people who walk in off the street. Rahon Road is usually quite active, so there’s a lot of noise and people moving about outside. Inside, we just focus on getting the technical stuff sorted. Sometimes people come in because their phone isn't catching the signal or they can't figure out a setting. We try to help them out as best as we can. It’s not complicated work, but it keeps us busy throughout the day. We have a few stools for people to sit on if they have to wait for a bit. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile plans. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a practical little shop. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know the ins and outs of the local networks. We open up every morning and wait for the first customer to come by. It’s a simple routine, and it works for us. We also sell used handsets from time to time if someone is looking for something affordable. It is just a straightforward place. We don't need much more than our tools and the counter to get the job done.
