Bittu Communication

You can find Bittu Communication at 19 - E in Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. BRS Nagar is a bit different from the busier markets; it feels a little more like home. Our shop is at 19 - E, and we have been here for years. It is a small space, but we have everything we need to keep things running. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors. They know us and we know them. We spend a lot of time explaining how the new data plans work or helping someone set up their first smartphone. It is a lot of talking and a lot of patience. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy logos. The sign outside has faded a bit from the sun, but everyone knows it is us. Inside, it is usually a bit messy with cables and boxes because we are always receiving new shipments. We don't try to be anything we are not. It is just a local shop where you can get your phone issues sorted out. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The afternoon slump is real, but there is always someone coming in with a cracked screen to keep us busy. It is steady work, and we are glad to be part of the neighborhood here at 19 - E. We close up when it gets dark and head home.
