We are based in Ludhiana, right on Deepak Cinema Road. Our setup is a bit spread out across shops 1A, 2B, and 3C in Street Number 1. It is a busy area, as you probably know if you have ever spent time in Ludhiana. There is always a lot of noise from the street and people coming and going. We handle different textile collections. Our shops are usually packed with stock, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to move around inside. We do not have a big showroom with mannequins or bright lights. It is more of a warehouse feel where we keep the goods organized as best as we can. Dealing with customers takes up most of our time. Some are easy to work with and others want to haggle over every little thing. That is just the nature of the business here. We have been on this road for a long time. The staff here are like family; we eat lunch together and complain about the traffic outside. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our business comes from people who have been buying from us for years. It is a practical operation. We open up the shutters every morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first delivery truck to arrive. It is a lot of lifting and moving boxes, but it keeps us busy.
