Badyal Realtors is located at Bharat Nagar, inside the Kamal Complex on the first floor. We’ve been around this part of town for a while now. Most days you’ll find us sitting in the office dealing with paperwork or talking to folks who walk in looking for a place. It’s not a huge operation, just a small team trying to keep up with the local real estate scene. People usually come to us when they need to figure out what’s available nearby. The stairs to the first floor can be a bit steep, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the complex. We don’t do much fancy advertising; we just stick to what we know about the neighborhood houses and shops. It gets busy on Monday mornings, but usually, it’s a quiet place to sit down and talk through your options. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Some days are long, especially when we’re out showing properties, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to keep things straightforward and don't complicate matters with big words or long contracts that nobody understands. If you happen to be around Bharat Nagar, you can just stop by the Kamal Complex and head up. We’re usually there during normal hours unless we’re out on a site visit. It's a plain office, nothing special to look at, but we get the work done for the people who live around here. We like it this way.
