Our place is at 1 & 2 in Vpo Jallaldiwal over in Tehsil Raikot. Bachan Farmers Producer Company Limited is basically just a local operation run by people who grew up around these fields. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. The office is right there in the village and it is where we do all our meetings. If you come by you will see it is just a plain building with some files and a few computers that sometimes act up. We deal with agricultural production and helping out the farmers in this specific area. It is not a very complicated business but it takes a lot of time to get everything right. The road outside can get muddy when it rains and then it dries up into hard tracks. We know everyone around here by their first name mostly. Usually we are just discussing seeds or what the weather might do to the harvest next month. It is a practical life where we focus on the day-to-day tasks. There is always someone coming in to ask a question or drop off some documents. We try to stay organized but things can get a bit messy during the peak season when everyone is in a hurry. That is just how life goes in Jallaldiwal for us. We just keep the doors open and the paperwork moving so that the farming doesn't stop for anyone in the tehsil.
