Arora Mobile Care is located in the Haibowal Kalan area. I started this small repair shop because I’ve always liked taking things apart to see how they work. My workbench is always a mess with tiny screws, screwdrivers, and broken glass from phone screens. It is a small space, and I usually have a bright lamp shining down so I can see the small parts clearly. People from around the neighborhood bring their phones when they stop working or the screen gets cracked. I tell them to come back in a few hours or the next day. Sometimes I have to wait for a part to arrive from the main market, which can take some time. Haibowal Kalan is a busy place in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. I have one small stool for customers to sit on, but most people just stand and watch me work for a bit. I don't have any assistants, so it is just me here from morning until late at night. The walls could use a bit of paint, and the floor is just plain concrete, but it doesn't matter much for fixing phones. I get my tea from the shop next door twice a day. We don't do any big advertising; people just know I’m here if they need help with their devices. It’s a steady job and I like the quiet of the shop when I’m focusing on a difficult repair.
