Arm Machines Private Limited operates out of H. No. 152 in Phase - 1. It is more of a practical workspace than a corporate office. You will usually find bits of metal, some tools, and maybe a little oil on the floor because that is just the nature of working with machines. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and figuring out how to put things together so they actually work when they get to the user. Phase - 1 is a busy area with a lot of movement, so there is always a bit of background noise from the street. The building itself is straightforward, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, the desks are covered in sketches and parts lists. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing here. Most of us are in work clothes because you never know when you might need to crawl under a piece of equipment or fix a bolt that got stuck. The kettle is almost always on because we drink a lot of tea while we talk through mechanical problems. It can get quite hot in the summer, especially when the machines have been running for a few hours, but we just keep the fans going. It is a place where things get built and problems get solved without much fuss or any fancy talk about corporate values. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is tricky.
