We've got our office at 103 Mayfair Towers-II on the Pune-Mumbai Road. We're right in the Wakdewadi area of Shivaji Nagar, not too far from the BMW showroom. It’s a busy spot with cars constantly buzzing by on the highway. We’ve been operating as architects here for quite some time now. Our office is a bit of a mix of old paper files and newer computers. We do all the regular stuff you'd expect—blueprints, site visits, and dealing with all the municipal paperwork that comes with building in Pune. It’s not always the most exciting work, especially the hours spent waiting for approvals, but it’s part of the job. We have a small group of people working here, and we mostly just keep our heads down and get the work done. We aren't interested in being the most famous firm in the city. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and that the people paying for them are satisfied with the results. We talk to contractors every day and spend a lot of time on-site wearing dusty boots. It's a practical business. People stop by to chat about their projects, and we just give them our honest opinion on what’s possible given their budget and the local rules. Being in Shivaji Nagar makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of town when we need to.
