Ambay Communication

Ambay Communication is located at number 61 in Bagh Khazanchian, over in SAS Nagar, Mohali. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now, focusing on mobile services and things like that. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main city center, which I actually prefer. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few blocks away. They come in for talk time top-ups or when their internet stops working on their handsets. I handle most of the work myself, though sometimes I have a friend help out when it gets backed up. The shop is filled with various bits and pieces for phones—cases, earphones, and the occasional second-hand device for sale. I try to keep things simple here. If someone has a problem with their phone, I take a look and see if it's something I can fix right there or if it needs to go elsewhere. There is a small desk where I do most of the paperwork and another counter for the customers. It’s not a big corporate store with bright lights and uniforms; it’s just me in my regular clothes doing what needs to be done. SAS Nagar is a growing area, so we see new faces every now and then, but mostly it's the same neighbors. We don’t have a big sign out front, just enough so people know where we are. It’s a decent way to make a living and stay involved in the community.
