AARUSH SHIVA SPINNERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Aarush Shiva Spinners, and our place is at Plot No. 188 in Sunview Enclave. This is in the South City area of Ayali Kalan. It’s a relatively newer part of the outskirts, so the roads are a bit wider than in the old town. We are in the business of spinning, which means we deal with a lot of raw material and heavy machinery. The noise is just a constant background for us, something we don't even notice anymore. Our office is right there on the plot, so we can keep an eye on everything that’s happening on the floor. It’s a practical setup. We don't have marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place to work. In the winters, it gets really cold here in Punjab, so we all huddle around the small heaters in the morning while we plan the day’s production. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just focus on making sure the machines are running and the workers are doing okay. People who deal with us know that we are straightforward and don't like to waste time. It’s a tough business, but it’s what we know. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking the spindles and making sure the output is what it needs to be.
