The Terrace Grill

The Terrace Grill is located at La Place Park Inn, which is at 6 Shahnajaf Road. Our pin code is 226001. We are situated on the roof of the hotel. This means we have a lot of stairs to climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens sometimes. From the top, you can see the street below and all the people moving around. It is nice to be up there in the evenings when the air is a bit cooler. We have a grill where we cook most of the food. It creates a lot of smoke, but usually, the wind carries it away. We have some basic furniture, nothing too expensive or fancy. The staff is mostly just a few guys who handle the cooking and the service. We don't have a formal way of doing things. We just talk to the customers like regular people. Sometimes it rains unexpectedly and we have to move everyone inside very quickly. It can be a bit chaotic when that happens. Shahnajaf Road is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic. We have been here for a while and we are used to it. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just open up every evening and hope the weather stays clear for the guests. It’s a simple job for us. We just keep the grill going.
