St Teresas Day School

Our school is situated at 109/4 in the Model House Area on Tarak Mukerji Road. It’s a day school, so things get very busy in the morning and again in the late afternoon when everyone is leaving. The area around us is quite lived-in, with lots of families and small businesses. Our building isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. The classrooms are packed with desks, and every corner of the school seems to be used for something. We have a small staff that works hard to keep everything organized. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just talk to parents directly when they come to the gate. The students bring their lunch from home, and you can smell the different foods during the break time. We have a simple notice board where we pin up all the important dates and exam schedules. Tarak Mukerji Road can be a bit loud with the traffic, but inside the school, we try to keep things focused on the books. The desks have some scratches on them from years of use, but they still work fine. We don't feel the need to be fancy. We just provide a place for the local kids to come and get their schooling done. It’s a straightforward operation, and we like it that way. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
