Sacred Heart School

Sacred Heart School is right in the middle of the Telibagh area in Lucknow. It is a very busy neighborhood with lots of houses, small shops, and people going about their business. Our building is a familiar sight to anyone who lives in the 226025 zip code. Every morning, the street outside gets crowded with rickshaws and parents on scooters dropping off their children. We open the gate early so the teachers can get in and prepare. The building is a simple one, nothing fancy, with plenty of windows to let the light into the classrooms. We don't have any corporate logos or expensive glass walls. It is just a place with desks, chairs, and a small area for the kids to play during their breaks. The teachers here are mostly from this part of Lucknow, and we spend our breaks drinking tea and talking about local news. It can get quite loud when school is in session, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We don't really do any advertising. Most people know about us because their neighbors or relatives send their children here. It is a grounded, everyday kind of place. We focus on the basics and try to keep the building in good shape. There is always something that needs fixing, but we handle it as it comes. It is just a normal school for normal people.
