Radiant Public Higher Secondary School is located at 112, Patel Nagar in Lucknow. We are right in the heart of the community here. Lucknow is a big city, but our little corner in Patel Nagar feels more like a small town sometimes. We have been around for quite a few years, watching kids grow up from small children into young adults. The building is a bit older, but it has character. We spend a lot of time making sure the hallways are swept and the desks are in good shape. It’s not a shiny new facility, but it’s ours and we take care of it. The teachers here aren't just staff; they are neighbors. We often see the parents at the grocery store or the park. There is no corporate office telling us what to do every minute. We just follow the curriculum and try to make sure the students understand what they are reading. On rainy days, the entrance gets a bit muddy, but we just put down some mats and keep going. We don't use any slick marketing because word of mouth in Patel Nagar is usually enough. People know where we are and what we do. We keep things simple and honest. If a student is struggling, we just talk to the parents directly. It’s a very personal way to run a school. We have a small office where we keep all the records in big metal cupboards. It's a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
