Shanti Juniors

Our school is located at 3/473 in Vishal Khand-3, which is a busy part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. It is a residential area, so we are right in the middle of where people live and work. The school itself is in a building that fits right in with the neighborhood. We have small groups of children who come in every morning. Since we are in Gomti Nagar, many parents work nearby and drop their kids off on their way to the office. The space inside is divided into different play areas and small classrooms. We have a lot of toys, puzzles, and drawing materials scattered around the rooms. It is not the quietest place, especially around ten in the morning when everyone is active. We do not have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We know which kid likes which toy and who needs a bit of extra help during lunchtime. The street outside can get a bit tight with parking, so we try to manage the drop-off times carefully to avoid any trouble with the neighbors. It is a local preschool where we just try to provide a safe spot for kids to stay while their parents are busy. We do not use any complicated systems, just a daily routine that seems to work for the children and for our staff.
