Kilkari Kids Preparatory School

We are located at A-398 in Indira Nagar, which is a busy residential part of Lucknow. Being a preparatory school, we mostly deal with the little ones who are just starting out. The building is basically a converted house, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a big institution. We have rooms set up with toys and small chairs for the kids. It can get quite loud in the mornings when everyone arrives, but that’s just how it is with small children. The teachers here have a lot of patience, which they definitely need. We don't have any glossy brochures or anything, we just show parents around the rooms when they visit. Most of our students come from the blocks nearby in Indira Nagar. We spend the day doing basic stuff like letters, numbers, and some coloring. It’s not a very formal environment, and we try to keep it relaxed so the kids don't feel too overwhelmed. There’s always someone at the gate to watch them come and go. We deal with the usual stuff like scraped knees or lost lunchboxes every other day. It’s a simple setup and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here to look after the kids and give them a place to start learning before they move on to the bigger schools in the city.
