Kangaroo Kids Preschool

Being over in Gomti Nagar at Vishwas Khand is actually quite nice, though the traffic near B3/458 can get a bit hectic during the morning drop-off. We’ve been running this preschool for a while now, and it’s mostly about the daily routine of getting things ready for the little ones. We spend a lot of time cleaning up toys and making sure the floors are safe for crawling and running. Lucknow gets really hot, so making sure the coolers are working is a top priority every single day. The building itself is a regular house that we’ve converted, so it has that cozy, lived-in feel rather than a cold office vibe. Sometimes the kids get a bit loud, and you can hear them from the street, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. We don't have a massive playground, but there's enough space for them to move around and play. A lot of our day is spent just talking to parents at the gate or fixing small things that break. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. There isn’t any corporate manual we follow; we just do what needs to be done to keep the place running smoothly. It’s just us, the kids, and the daily tasks that keep a small school like this going in a busy city like Lucknow.
