Our little place is tucked away at C-135 on VIP Road, right here in the Geetapalli area of Alambagh. If you've lived in Lucknow long, you know this neighborhood stays pretty active. We deal with small children all day, so it’s never really quiet inside these walls. There’s usually a lot of chatter and the sound of little feet running around the rooms. We aren't a massive institution or anything like that. It’s just a house converted into a space where kids can spend their mornings while their parents are at work or running errands. The rooms are filled with toys and some old charts on the walls that we’ve put up over the years. Some days are a bit chaotic when someone starts crying or doesn't want to share a toy, but we manage it one hour at a time. The gate stays shut for safety, and we keep a close eye on who's coming in and out. Most of the families who bring their kids here live just a few streets away, so it feels like a neighborhood spot. We don't do big fancy events, just small celebrations for birthdays or festivals with whatever decorations we have on hand. It gets a bit crowded during drop-off and pick-up times because the road is narrow, but people make it work. It’s just us doing our bit for the kids in this part of Lucknow every single day.
