Purvanchal Desi Tadka Private Limited

Purvanchal Desi Tadka is a small business based out of Biharipur. We are located near Meena Bakery in the RJPM area of Lucknow. The business is run from the home of Devkanta Babbar. It’s a very local, family-style setup we have here. We don't have a big industrial kitchen or a shiny corporate office. Most of our work happens right here in the neighborhood. We chose the name because we wanted to focus on that authentic, home-cooked feel that people miss. Biharipur is a regular residential area, so we’re right in the middle of where people live. It can be a bit cramped sometimes with all the supplies in the kitchen, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us doing our thing every day. Some days are slow, and some days we can barely keep up with the orders coming in. Being near the bakery is helpful because everyone knows that landmark. We don’t have fancy marketing or anything like that. We just rely on people finding out about us and the work we do. It’s a humble start, and we’re okay with that. We just want to keep making food that tastes right. Lucknow 226017 is where we are, and we’re proud to be a small part of this community. It keeps us grounded.
