Being in Aminabad means there’s always something happening. Occult Restaurants is located right in NayaGaon East. It’s a crowded area, but that’s the charm of this part of Lucknow. We’ve been at 110/76 (KHA) for a while now. Most people know this neighborhood for the food and the markets. We started this because we liked the idea of having our own place in such a historic spot. It isn’t a huge operation, just a regular restaurant business trying to find its feet. We deal with all the usual stuff like late suppliers and fixing the equipment when it breaks down. The building isn't new, but it works for us. Aminabad can be a headache with the narrow streets, especially during festival season when everything slows down. But we like it here. There's a certain energy you don't get elsewhere in the city. We aren't fancy people. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. Sometimes we run out of things, or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a local business, plain and simple. No big speeches or goals, just serving whoever walks in.
