Lalita Shastri Montessori Inter College

We are located right here in Kundri Rakabganj, tucked away in the Shastri Nagar area of Lucknow. Lalita Shastri Montessori Inter College has been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. People around here know us as the school on the corner where the kids gather every morning. Our building isn't anything fancy, just some rooms where we try to get through the lessons every day. The teachers come in early, usually around eight, to get things ready before the first bell rings at the gate. It gets pretty busy around here when parents drop off their children on scooters or walk them down the lane. We have classes for the little ones in the Montessori section and then it goes all the way up to inter college levels. Inside, you will see some old wooden desks and blackboards that have seen many years of work. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise in the summer heat, but we make do with what we have. It is mostly a local crowd, with families from nearby houses sending their kids here year after year. We don't really do much big advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us heard about the school from a neighbor or a cousin who went here ten years ago. It’s just a normal place where we try to teach the basics and make sure the kids stay on track with their exams and don't get too distracted. We enjoy being here.
