Gansehaut Restaurant (Opc) Privatelimited

Our place, Gansehaut Restaurant, is tucked away in the Parsvnath Planet plaza over in Gomti Nagar. We are up on the second floor, shop SF-008. If you know the area in Lucknow, you know it can get pretty lively on the weekends. We started this as a small setup because we liked the idea of having a spot where people could just eat. It is an OPC private limited, which basically just means it is a small team running the show. Being in a plaza means there is always something going on downstairs. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen or checking on the tables. It is not a massive space, but it fits what we need for now. The second floor stays a little bit quieter than the ground level, which is nice when you are trying to focus on the cooking. We have our regulars who come in from the nearby offices and apartments. Some days are faster than others. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so people have to take the stairs, but they still show up. We do not have a big corporate board or anything like that. Just some people who like food and wanted to open a restaurant in this part of Lucknow. We try to keep things straightforward and keep the kitchen running smoothly. We usually stay late to clean up and prep for the next morning. It is exhausting but seeing familiar faces makes it feel worth it.
