You can find us over at Plot number 20 on STP Road in the Gaurbheeth area of Faizullaganj. Dk Lbento Private Limited is basically just a small warehouse and a couple of cramped offices. The area around here is mostly industrial, so there’s always trucks moving around and people hauling stuff back and forth. It’s not the prettiest part of town, but it’s where we need to be to get the work done. We handle a lot of the day-to-day operations ourselves, from moving boxes to answering emails. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the desks. We’ve got a small break area with an old kettle where we make tea in the afternoons. It’s a good time to sit for ten minutes before getting back to it. We don't have fancy titles or a big management structure. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the delivery is late, we all stay a bit longer to wait for it. That’s just how it is when you’re running a small place like this. We know the other business owners on the street and we look out for each other. It’s a tough way to make a living sometimes, but we’re happy with what we’ve built here on Plot 20. We just keep our heads down and work hard to make sure everything gets where it is supposed to go.
