This part of Lucknow is always moving and changing. The New Gole Market is a busy spot, especially later in the day when the shoppers are out and about. We spend our mornings doing the prep work, chopping vegetables, and making sure the kitchen is ready for the rush. It is a lot of manual labor, to be honest with you.
