Bhukkhad'S Food Joint Llp is based in Lucknow, over in the Rajajipuram area. We are in the Lekhraj B-30 building, Kusum Apartment, specifically Flat Number 9. It is a bit of a different setup since we are in an apartment building, but it works for what we do. We focus on getting food ready for people in the neighborhood. Rajajipuram is a big place with lots of families, so we stay pretty busy. We are an LLP, just a small team trying to make a living with food. Our kitchen is not huge, but we make the most of the space we have. There is always someone chopping onions or washing dishes. It gets a bit cramped when we have a big order, but we have learned how to move around each other. We do not have a big fancy sign or a lot of advertising. Most people know us because they live close by. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the groceries to doing the cooking and the cleaning. Some days are stressful when the stove acts up, but we usually figure it out. It is just a local food joint, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the cooking and making sure we have enough supplies for the next day. Sometimes we stay up late experimenting with new dishes or just organizing the pantry so we can find things faster in the morning rush. It's a lot of work but it's what we do.
