Arihant Caterers

Arihant Caterers is located at A-20, Utsav Guest House in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. We are pretty close to the Ramkrishna Math, so it is a fairly easy place to find if you are in the 226002 area. We have been doing catering for a long time, mostly focused on the kind of food people in Lucknow like to eat at their weddings or family functions. It is a lot of early mornings at the vegetable market getting everything fresh before the sun comes up. Our kitchen is usually a noisy place with the sound of knives and big burners going all day. We don't really do anything too fancy or complicated. We just cook the recipes we know and try to make sure the plates are clean and the serving staff is ready on time. Lucknow is famous for food, so there is a lot of pressure to get the taste right every single time. Sometimes we run out of a certain spice and have to send someone running to the local shops mid-cook. It is just the way things go when you are dealing with large crowds. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us and our team of cooks working together. If you are near Nirala Nagar, you might see us loading up the vans for an evening event. We just want to feed people and then get home after a long day.
