Our shop is out at Plot No. 58/A in the S.V. Co-Op Industrial Estate. Balanagar is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving at their units. We have been in this spot for a good bit of time. The building is a bit older, with some grease on the floor here and there, but that is just how it is in an industrial area. We spend most of our time on the floor or sitting at the small metal desks in the back. There is always a hum of machines from the neighbors and from our own gear too. It is not a quiet place, but we like the activity. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. We have some calendars on the wall and a water cooler that everyone uses. The staff knows the routine by heart now. We grab lunch together often, sitting on whatever stools are free. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and chat. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We handle the parts and the shipping ourselves mostly. It is dusty work sometimes, especially in the summer months when the wind blows through the estate. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders as they come in. There isn't much more to tell about us really. We are just a group of people working in Balanagar.
