Berco Undercarriages (India) Pvt Ltd is located over in Phase-2 of Cheriapally, specifically down Lane-10 in Section-1. It is an industrial spot, so there are always lots of lorries and heavy vehicles moving around. We spend our days dealing with undercarriage parts for all sorts of big equipment. The warehouse is quite large and we keep a lot of iron and steel parts tucked away on the racks. It gets pretty noisy when the machines are running or when we are loading up a big order for a customer. The staff here mostly wears overalls because it’s impossible to stay clean when you’re moving these tracks and rollers. We have been in this part of Cheriapally for a while now. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon when the potholes fill up with water. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking part numbers to make sure everything matches up. We don’t really do much in terms of fancy meetings; most of our talk happens on the floor while we’re working. We have a small office space for the paperwork, but it’s usually piled high with invoices and delivery notes. People know where to find us if they need undercarriage stuff. We just try to keep the inventory moving and make sure the loading bay stays clear for the next truck. It is a straightforward job for us, and we don't mind the noise and dust.
