We are located at 1-80/40/Sp/58-65 in the Shilpa Homes Layout over in Gachibowli. It’s a funny place for an equipment company because Gachibowli is so full of tech offices and tall buildings now. We feel a bit out of place sometimes with our Sociam Equipment Solutions sign. Our space is filled with technical manuals, some spare parts, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at customer sites looking at their setups. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. The traffic in this part of town has gotten really bad lately, so we try to leave early to beat the jam. We handle different kinds of solutions for people who have equipment problems. It’s mostly troubleshooting and trying to figure out why something isn’t working the way it should. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to writing up reports. It gets a bit chaotic when three things break at once, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation with fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and try to get the repairs done so everyone can go home on time.
