We’re out in Nuthankal Village, which is part of Medchal. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have here across those three survey numbers, 380, 382, and 384. Being out here means we have enough room for all the heavy equipment we need for Grip Strapping Technologies Pvt.Ltd. We deal with strapping, which sounds simple enough until you realize how much goes into making sure a pallet stays together during a bumpy truck ride. The floor is usually covered in bits of plastic and steel strap, and there’s always a machine humming in the background. It’s a practical place. We don’t have any fancy paintings on the walls or leather chairs. Most of the time, the guys are out in the yard or working on the line. We started this because there was a need for good, solid strapping stuff that doesn't snap the moment things get heavy. It’s hard work and the summer heat in Medchal can be something else, but we stick to it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We make things that hold other things together. That is about it. Most of our neighbors are also industrial folks, so they get how it is. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families. If you come by, just look for the big gates near the village edge. We’re usually there working.
