Pack-Age Industries

Pack-Age Industries is located at B-57 in the A.P.I.E. area of Balanagar. It’s a busy industrial zone and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our space is mostly taken up by big rolls of materials and machines for cutting. It gets pretty dusty in here. We don't have a fancy reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and someone will be around the back. We do a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. The machines can be temperamental sometimes. We spend a fair bit of time just maintaining them so they don't break down. It’s a local operation with a few guys who know the ropes. We don't go in for big meetings. We just talk over the noise of the plant. Balanagar is a good spot for us because of the other businesses around. We get all kinds of requests for different sizes and shapes. Some days we are ahead of schedule and some days we are scrambling. It’s just how factory life goes. We keep the doors open and get through the pile of orders. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving heavy stuff around. It’s honest work at Pack-Age. We might forget to answer the phone if the machines are too loud. That is just life here.
