This part of Uttar Pradesh is very much about the land and what we can get to grow in it. We are a group of farmers who decided it was time to join up. It’s hard to do everything by yourself, especially when you need to buy stuff or sell your harvest. By being a company, we can do things a bit more professionally, even if we are still just local folks at heart. Harihar keeps an eye on the place and makes sure things are in order. We have a lot of members from around Hata who bring their ideas and their hard work to the table. Some days are good and some days the weather makes things tough, but that is just farming for you. We don't have a big office or anything. It’s a practical spot where we meet to talk about seeds, water, and the market. We are just trying to make sure the people in our group get a fair deal. It takes a lot of time and effort to keep the company going alongside our own farm work. But we think it’s worth it to have this community together. Working as one makes the heavy lifting a little bit lighter for everyone.
