Buhawa Farmers Producer Company Limited

We’ve been running things here in Kharindwa for a while now. Our place is at house 126, right near the government school. Most of us grew up around here, so starting this producer company felt like the next step for the local farmers. It’s not a fancy office or anything. It's mostly just a spot where we get together to talk about the crops and figure out how to handle the season's work. Being in Kurukshetra, the soil is decent, but the weather can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our days out in the fields or sitting by the school road chatting with neighbors who stop by. The company is basically just a group of us trying to get organized so we aren't all doing things on our own. It’s hard work, especially when the rains don't come when they should or when the market prices jump around. We keep our records in a simple way and try to make sure everyone in the village knows what’s going on. There isn't much to say about us other than we are just people from the village working the land. Sometimes the school bell rings and we realize how late it’s gotten. We just want to keep things moving forward for the families living around Kharindwa. It’s quiet out here mostly, except for the kids playing nearby. We are just doing our part and keeping the farm work going as best as we can.
