Great Mangla Farmers Producer Company Limited

We set this up here in Ladwa, right near the old Central Bank in Sangam Market. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. Most of us have been farming in this area for years, and we figured it made more sense to group up rather than try to handle everything on our own. If you’re looking for us, we’re basically tucked in with Raju Garment. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we meet to figure out the seeds and the selling. Sometimes the market gets crowded and parking is a pain, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on getting the produce moved and making sure the local guys get a fair shake. It started out small, just a few neighbors talking over tea, and then we registered the name. There is a lot of paperwork with these producer companies, more than we expected, but we manage. My cousin helps with some of the books. We spend most of the time out in the fields anyway, not sitting behind a desk. Ladwa has good soil if you treat it right. We deal with the usual stuff like water, prices, and finding enough hands during harvest. It isn’t always easy. Last season was a bit rough with the rain, but we got through it. That is the whole point of doing this together. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
