Agrizen Producer Company Limited is located at Sikri Farms in Village Dhangali. We are near Shahabad Markanda in Haryana. It’s a pretty well-known spot if you’re from around here. We aren't some big city firm. We are just a group that focuses on production and making sure things run smoothly for the farmers involved. The office is right there on the farm, so we are never far from the actual work. We spend our days checking on crops, managing the books, and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. We started this because we wanted to have a better way to handle the business side of farming. Many of us are good at growing things but not so great at the paperwork or the market side, so we do that together now. It’s a bit more organized than it used to be, but it’s still very much a local, hands-on operation. We don’t have fancy brochures or a PR person. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our working clothes, probably dealing with a delivery or a broken piece of machinery. It’s not always pretty, and the hours are long, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure everyone gets their fair share at the end of the day. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it.
