We are based out at No. 851 on the Kelamangala Road, near Aggondapalli Village. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have at Wickman Machine Tools. Working with machines means we need a lot of room for the inventory and the workshops. The air feels a bit different out this way compared to the middle of the city. We’ve got a steady group of people who come in every day from the local villages. We aren't a high-pressure office; it’s more about getting the machines serviced and the tools ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we manage. You’ll see a lot of crates and heavy boxes stacked up in the yard. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock in the warehouse. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, except for when we are testing something out. We don’t really go in for fancy signs or big displays. People who need what we have usually know where to find us at Achettyapalli Post. We just keep our heads down and handle the day-to-day stuff. It’s honest work, and we’ve built up a decent routine over the years out here. It’s just us, the tools, and the road outside our gate.
