Wendt (India) Limited

Wendt (India) Limited has been around at #69/70 in the Sipcot area for a good while now. If you've ever driven through this big area for factories, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and people moving around. Our spot is right in the thick of it. Most of us here show up early, grab a tea near the gate, and then head into the facility to get things moving. It is a big place with lots of machines running all day long. Some guys have been working here for twenty years, and they know every corner of the workshop. The work mostly involves grinding and precision stuff, the kind of task that requires staying focused for hours. Noise is part of the job, but that is just how it is in a place like this. The Sipcot estate feels like a maze if you are new, but we like it here because everything we need is close by. No one here does much fancy talk. The main focus is just getting the jobs finished and making sure the machines are looked after properly. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and the fans inside don't do much, but the team keeps at it anyway. We are just a group of regular people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything on schedule. It is steady work, and we take pride in not making a mess of things.
