Delta Cnc Applications

We operate out of C-3 in the first phase of the SIDCO Industrial Estate. It is a standard industrial unit, so there is nothing very special to look at from the outside of the building. Inside, we have our CNC machines running pretty much all day long. The constant hum of the motors has become the background noise of our daily lives. We focus on various applications for these machines, which involves a lot of programming and checking coordinates over and over. It gets a bit repetitive after a while, but you have to be extremely careful. One single wrong number and you have wasted a perfectly good piece of material. We are not some big corporation with different departments for every little thing. It is just a handful of us making sure the parts are cut correctly and on time. The small coffee machine in the corner is probably the most important piece of equipment we own after the actual lathes. We deal with many local shops and some bigger clients too, but the day-to-day work is mostly the same. Precision really matters here, but so does just showing up on time and doing exactly what you said you would do for someone. It is a very practical way to spend the day. SIDCO is a good spot for us because it is close enough to everything we need. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished as it comes.
